As we accelerate global expansion, we are looking for a bold, visionary Brand Director to architect and lead our brand strategy across markets and drive measurable impact at scale.

About the Role

As Brand Director, you will be the strategic force behind EMCDs global brand presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, identity and perception of a market-leading crypto ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Sales and Business Development, while building or reshaping the brand marketing function to match the pace of EMCDs growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead EMCDs global brand strategy across B2B, B2C and institutional channels
  • Define and monitor core brand and campaign KPIs (Brand Lift, Share of Voice, ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.)
  • Build and manage a high-performing brand marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs and conducting regular reviews
  • Own the global brand platform and visual/verbal identity
  • Lead integrated campaigns across PR, digital, influencer and partnerships
  • Optimize brand marketing budgets and campaign performance
  • Ensure brand consistency and oversee strategic sponsorships and events

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in brand/marketing leadership, ideally in fintech, crypto or digital agencies
  • Proven track record of high-ROI brand campaigns
  • Strong expertise in creative strategy, PR, SMM and influencer marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance tools
  • Fluency in both English and Russian is essential in this role; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.
