Back of House (BOH) Manager Private Property Dubai

Salary: Negotiable DOE Live In

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly experienced BOH Manager for a distinguished private property in Dubai. This senior-level position requires a strong leader with a proven background in large-scale facilities or estate management and a technical qualification in MEP ideally with a mechanical focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Back of House operations across the estate
  • Manage multiple departments including Technical Services, Transport, IT, Landscaping, and the Mobile Team (external cleaning)
  • Lead and coordinate a team of approximately 100 staff
  • Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of all technical systems and equipment
  • Work closely with other estate departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Implement and monitor operational policies, safety procedures, and service standards
  • Prepare reports, manage budgets, and oversee inventory and procurement needs
  • Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:

  • MEP qualification required, preferably mechanical
  • Previous experience working for a reputable large-scale contracting or facilities management company
  • Strong background in managing large teams across multiple service areas
  • Excellent technical knowledge, particularly in estate infrastructure and systems
  • Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide strategic solutions
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
