Responsibilities

As a BIM Modeler working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai you will have the opportunity to assist in the creation of Structural designs drawings and models using Revit and other design software.

Responsibilities Include

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D structural models using Revit AutoCAD or other BIM software.
• Create drawings and construction documentation from BIM models including plans sections and details.
• Coordinate with architects MEP modelers and other stakeholders to ensure clash-free and integrated design.
• Maintain project standards templates and families in the BIM environment.
• Participate in model reviews clash detection and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360.
• Update models based on design changes or markups from engineers.
• Assist in preparing BIM deliverables in accordance with client requirements or BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Support BIM-related quality control documentation and compliance efforts.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit (Structural) AutoCAD Navisworks and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction methods.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex building projects is a plus.
• Understanding of building codes regulations and standards.
