Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator (Interior Designer) to support high-profile hospitality projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with the Client's information requirements, providing BIM training, and conducting quality checks on models. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and 5-7 years of BIM Coordination experience. Immediate joining is available for this 6-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in BIM Coordination.
• Strong understanding of openBIM standards such as IFC, COBie, etc.
• Experience with clash detection and model federation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Client’s exchange information requirements are delivered.
• Support Project Delivery Design Teams in BIM implementation activities.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on models.
