About the job: BIM COORDINATOR - ARCHITECTURE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM coordination activities across architectural and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Revit models for architectural works, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with design intent.
• Coordinate and integrate models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring clash-free and fully coordinated project deliverables.
• Implement and oversee BIM execution plans (BEPs), modeling standards, and workflows as per project requirements.
• Review and audit BIM models to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Manage the exchange of models and data between project teams through Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs / ACC platforms.
• Support architects and engineers in resolving coordination issues and ensure timely updates of models and drawings.
• Prepare BIM-based deliverables such as schedules, quantities, and documentation for tender or construction phases.
• Conduct coordination meetings, clash detection sessions (via Navisworks or similar tools), and maintain issue tracking logs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM modelers within the team.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Must have 7-10 years of UAE/GCC experience, preferably within a design consultancy environment.
• Proven experience working on large-scale and complex projects in the UAE/GCC (commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-rise).
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, LOD definitions, and project coordination workflows.
• Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Docs / ACC for model management and collaboration.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Dynamo, and 3D visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) is an advantage.
• Understanding of ISO 19650, UAE/GCC BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination procedures.
• Experience with BIM clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination reports.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
