Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy based in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to oversee BIM-enabled design projects. The ideal candidate will manage model federation, clash detection, and ensure compliance with project standards. Responsibilities include preparing detailed clash analyses and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, BIM certification, and substantial experience with Navisworks and Revit. This full-time role does not offer remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven 6-8 years of BIM/Revit experience with strong expertise in Navisworks Manage.
• Hands-on experience with ACC, BIM360, Aconex or other CDE platforms.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project models on the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Develop clash matrix and perform clash detection in Navisworks Manage.
• Implement QA/QC procedures for compliance with project standards.
