Job summary

A leading architecture firm in Dubai is seeking a BIM Architect to develop and manage high-quality BIM models for large-scale projects. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in BIM and architecture within the UAE, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. This role requires immediate availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in BIM and architecture, with proven UAE project experience.
• Previous experience in a design consultancy environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and authority submission processes.

About the job BIM ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-quality BIM models using Revit for various large-scale architectural projects in the UAE.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model coordination.
• Translate architectural concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models up to LOD 400.
• Review and implement project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Perform clash detection, coordinate with consultants and contractors for issue resolution.
• Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and support design development through BIM processes.
• Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and adherence to company and client BIM standards.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and detailed drawings.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM and architecture, with proven UAE project experience.
• Previous experience working in a design consultancy environment is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, mixed-use, residential, or institutional projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and authority submission processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
