Qualifications

• 8-10 years in compliance roles within regulated industries.
• Minimum 5 years in UAE/GCC with real estate or construction experience.
• Background in compliance monitoring and regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compliance framework aligned with UAE regulatory requirements.
• Monitor RERA & SLD, and conduct impact assessments.
• Develop compliance policies, training programs, and conduct investigations.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance requirements

Strong investigative and analytical capabilities

Excellent communication and training delivery skills

Attention to detail and systematic approach to compliance monitoring

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Master’s degree (LLM)
