Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in facility management.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Shift Technician or similar role.
• Technical training in HVACR / Electrics / Mechanical / Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for physical plant of the beach club.
• Monitor and maintain the BMS, GRMS, and Fire Alarm systems.
• Perform repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
