Job Description
  1. Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
  2. Maintain thorough knowledge of all bar products and cocktail recipes.
  3. Upsell to each customer to maximize sales.
  4. Provide high-quality, efficient, and friendly service.
  5. Prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties.
  6. Collect requisitions for food and beverages.
  7. Adhere strictly to opening and closing procedures and check beverage stock.
  8. Understand all beverage items and prepare garnishes accordingly.
  9. Keep the bar counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
  10. Monitor supplies, reduce spoilage, and minimize wastage.
  11. Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
  12. Establish and maintain good customer relationships.
  13. Perform cashiering functions following outlet procedures.
  14. Display premium liquors properly with defined quantities.
  15. Prepare garnishes for cocktails in advance of opening.
  16. Coach and train new recruits through on-the-job training.
  17. Perform duties in the Banqueting Department or other areas as assigned.
  18. Assist in employee training to ensure skill proficiency.
  19. Participate in inventory checks for equipment periodically.
  20. Be flexible and willing to rotate within the Food and Beverage Department.
  21. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
