Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Bartender in opening and closing the bar.
• Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice cubes, and other products needed throughout the shift.
• Maintain inventory of glassware, silverware, stirrers, shakers, strainers, and other bartending tools.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Ensure all setups and reset-ups are completed in a timely manner.
