A leading hospitality organization is seeking a Bar Manager for their lounge operations at a prestigious location in Dubai. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing beverage policies, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Candidates should have a strong background in hospitality with a high school diploma or related experience. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and staff management, contributing to a high-quality experience for guests.
Responsible for daily shift operations and staff supervision in the bar/lounge. Assists with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintaining standards, supporting servers during peak times, and managing liquor inventories. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to the operating budget. Enforces legal obligations professionally and consistently. Identifies training needs and implements development plans. Supports the food and beverage team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
