KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily bar operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards
- Lead and train a professional bar team
- Oversee service, ambiance, and bar performance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Develop innovative beverage menus
- Ensure efficient stock control and supplier coordination
- Organize promotions, events, and beverage activations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls
- Conduct regular service and product knowledge training
- Foster team motivation and excellence; conduct regular check-in conversations
- Ensure the grooming standards are adhered to
Qualifications
- Excellent reading, written and oral proficiency in English
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
- Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- High degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination
- Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results
- Strong background in bartending and menu engineering with wine
- Exceptional spirit and liquor knowledge
- Candidate should be up-to-date when it comes to F&B trends, and knowledgeable of the successful concepts
- The candidate should be aware of the digital platform to enhance the exposure of the F&B offer
Additional Information
- Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of Hotel experience
