Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality bakery items as per outlined recipes.
• Take part in the opening and closing duties of the bakery.
• Prepare bakery delivery orders requested by external customers.
• Ensure sanitation of work station at all times during the shift.
• Check at the start of the shift that products needed for service station are on hand.
• Check the shelf life of products and monitor wasted product figures.
