Overview

We are seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Indian breads and pastries, following traditional recipes and techniques. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements

• Must be of Indian nationality, with a strong understanding and passion for Indian cuisine.
• Previous experience as a Baker is preferred, but not required.
• Must have knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
• Strong time management skills.
• Must be physically fit as this role requires standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to traditional Indian recipes.
• Shape dough into various types of breads and pastries.
• Bake breads and pastries in ovens or on grills.
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods with icing, glazes or fillings using cake decorating tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before serving or packaging them for sale.
• Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
