Your mission
As our B2B Sales Manager, you’ll craft compelling offers, shape high-impact narratives, and drive strategic deals that accelerate Daos Hub’s growth and global reach. You’ll meet future unicorn founders, top-tier innovators, and ecosystem pioneers - turning relationships into partnerships, and opportunities into revenue. Your First 90 Days: Impact roadmap
0–30 Days: Foundation & Strategy
- Deep-dive into Daos Hub’s ecosystem, learn our sales systems and value proposition
- Audit existing pipeline and identify short-term opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategies
- Review all sales decks and product offers
31–60 Days: Activation & Outreach
- Launch proactive outreach campaigns
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build a robust pipeline
- Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate early deals
- Collaborate with the team to sharpen sales materials and messaging
61–90 Days: Conversion & Acceleration
- Close first wave of deals and pilot partnerships
- Establish relationships with key accounts for upsell and renewals
- Generate structured sales reports and feedback loops for leadership
- Drive revenue growth that sets the pace for your next 90 days
How You’ll Contribute
- Own the full B2B sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Create persuasive commercial offers and pitch materials tailored to client needs
- Lead impactful meetings and demos with startups and corporate leaders
- Identify strategic clients through research, outreach, and industry events
- Maintain and grow a CRM pipeline with precision and accountability
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Shape sales strategy with insights and frontline learnings
- Represent Daos Hub at events and within key ecosystems
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, innovation services, or tech-enabled workspaces
- Proven closer with a track record of exceeding targets and managing full-cycle deals
- Strong experience in packaging offers and preparing commercial materials
- Fluent in English (C1 ideal)
- Sharp presentation and negotiation skills
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and highly organized
- Entrepreneurial energy, resourcefulness, and a builder’s mindset
- Experience in or curiosity for Web3 and frontier tech industries
