A leading aviation company in Dubai is seeking a management professional to oversee regulatory compliance and safety standards within its training programs. This role involves ensuring all operational documentation adheres to regulatory standards, leading audits, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree related to aviation, an Airline Transport Pilot License, and have relevant management experience, specifically in compliance and safety in the aviation sector. Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aviation management or related field.
• At least 2 years in a management role with flying experience.
• 7 - 9 years of total qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory approval processes for ATO, CCTO, and MPL programs.
• Establish audit programs for compliance oversight.
• Coordinate safety risk assessments across training activities.
• Serve as liaison for regulatory authorities.
