Qualifications

• Certifications in Learning & Development or Instructional Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps.
• Develop structured career progression frameworks.
• Create structured learning pathways aligned with business goals.
• Design engaging training content and e-learning modules.
• Implement and manage Learning Management Systems.
• Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops.
