Job Summary

Nolte Kitchens is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be extremely proficient in AutoCAD, capable of producing high-quality, precise, and production-ready drawings, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates from the kitchen industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and high-level AutoCAD drawings for kitchen layouts, cabinetry, and related components
• Interpret design concepts, technical specifications, and measurements to create precise drawings
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from design, production, and installation teams
• Ensure drawings meet company standards, client requirements, and manufacturing feasibility
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing versions, and records
• Work within deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from design to production

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (speed and accuracy are essential)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free drawings
• Experience in the kitchen / modular kitchen industry (preferred)
