Customer Development
  • Proactively utilize online (such as social media and forums) and offline (such as auto shows and events) channels to extensively search for potential customers and build a customer contact network.
  • Research the dynamics of Dubai's automotive market, consumer needs, and competitor situations to provide a basis for precise customer development.
  • Contact potential customers through various means, introduce product advantages, and invite them to visit the store for a test drive.
Customer Reception and Needs Analysis

Greet in-store customers with enthusiasm and professionalism to understand their car-buying needs and budgets.

Product Introduction and Sales

Comprehensively introduce the features, performance, and other information of automotive products. Recommend suitable models according to customer needs. Use sales techniques to facilitate transactions and achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationship Maintenance

Conduct regular follow-up visits to understand vehicle usage, resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Explore potential needs and recommend value-added services.

Market Information Collection and Feedback

Pay attention to market trends and competitor information. Collect data and feedback it to superiors to assist in the formulation of sales strategies.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Collaborate closely with after-sales, finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth car-buying process and promptly handle customer issues.

Skills
Language Skills

Be proficient in English and Arabic, with fluent written and oral communication skills and good business communication abilities. Chinese proficiency is preferred for serving Chinese customers or collaborating with Chinese-speaking teams.

Sales Experience

Have at least [1-2] years of experience in car sales or related sales fields. Preference will be given to those with car sales experience in Dubai and a track record of successful customer development.

Customer Development Ability

Possess excellent customer development and market insight skills. Be able to independently formulate and execute development plans and open up new markets.

Product Knowledge

Be familiar with automotive product knowledge, understand industry trends and market dynamics, and have a certain understanding of the characteristics of different brands and models.

Sales Skills

Have excellent sales skills and customer service awareness. Be able to effectively identify customer needs, provide personalized solutions, and facilitate transactions.
