  • Coordination: Work with departments to fulfill guest preferences and service needs.
  • Feedback: Collect guest feedback and contribute to service improvement plans.
Qualifications
  • Language: Russian
  • Sustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices, enhancing resource efficiency and minimizing waste.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health and safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations across all departments.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in guest relations or front office.
  • Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving: Aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Multilingual: Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Working Conditions

Full‑time position.
