Associate Director, Client Relationships (Dubai) – brand new business development and client relationship role aligned to employer solutions of major professional/corporate services firm.

This major professional services firm has expertise across a variety of services in the corporate and funds space and has offices all over the world. It is in an ambitious growth mode and has a highly entrepreneurial, it boasts a great down to earth culture too!

In this brand new Associate Director role, you will be responsible for all business development and client relationship management for the firm’s employer solutions offering in Dubai. In particular, the role will involve:

  • Targeting major corporates in Dubai and the Middle East; Networking, attending client meetings and supporting the team on the winning of new business; Cross-selling with business development teams across the globe; Conducting due diligence and onboarding new clients; Managing existing client accounts as well as managing trustee relationships with the firm’s pensions provider partners and intermediaries; Ensuring that service delivery adheres to the firm’s high standards; Upholding the highest standards of corporate governance ensuring compliance with local regulatory and legal requirements; Keeping up to date with local legal, regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.

You will have experience of business development and client relationship management of employer services/pensions/benefits type services together with a track record of generating revenue. Most importantly, this will have been gained either in the Middle East or targeting Middle East clients. A good understanding of the legal, regulatory and compliance environment in the UAE and Middle East is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for this role.
