An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager (APAC) - Sales at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are outlined below.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for meeting revenue targets across designated global accounts and market segments, specifically APAC, by executing tailored sales strategies and action plans.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive brand alignment and market presence.
  • Create and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue, while providing insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvements.
  • Actively prospect new opportunities, maintain a high-profile network, and represent the brand at key trade shows, client events, and sales trips.
  • Stay updated on individual, segment, and hotel performance targets; adhere to company policies, brand standards, and hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Act as a Jumeirah ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining professional appearance, and supporting internal collaboration and operational efficiency.
About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or MBA from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, ideally within international hospitality; strong understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with HNWI, private offices, and YPO networks.
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen, target-driven mindset, and proven success in relationship-building, account management, and negotiations.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills; capable of working under pressure and managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Salesforce; fluent in English and Arabic or relevant local language, with additional language skills considered an asset.
