Overview

The Role We are seeking a high-energy Assistant Project Manager to support the senior project management team on a major project in Ras Al Khaimah. The role is working for a specialist construction company overseeing part of the luxury fit out of a landmark project. You will play a critical role in helping maintain momentum across procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the senior project management team on a major project in Ras Al Khaimah, focusing on procurement, supplier coordination, logistics, and documentation.
• Assist with subcontractor management, submittals, approvals, and tracker maintenance.
• Maintain momentum across procurement timelines and coordinate with international suppliers and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or fit-out industries.
• Experience with high-end developments and fit-out; natural stone installation knowledge is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage submittals, track approvals, chase responses, and maintain clear communication across offices and trades.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work without hand-holding in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Can-do attitude and comfortable working with international teams (Europe, Asia, North America).
