About the Role

As an Assistant Product Manager - Communication Platforms, you’ll drive solutions that enable seamless customer and operational interactions across voice and non-voice channels. You are analytical, customer-focused, and data-driven, with a passion for building and optimizing end-to-end solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll define requirements, prioritize impactful features, and ensure smooth delivery. We’re looking for someone with experience in communication and integration technologies, strong delivery skills, and a hands-on mindset—proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment and improve internal platforms and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Sprint Planning, Execution, and Platform Rollout:
    • Manage the full Agile lifecycle; from backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups to stakeholder alignment and final delivery. Focused on communication and customer engagement platforms.
    • Define product features and requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with operational, fulfillment, and product team needs.
    • Drive execution of configuration and operational tasks across all platform-related workstreams.
    • Own and maintain a product roadmap that supports development, integration, and deployment of platform capabilities aligned with business goals.
    • Develop a solid understanding of system architectures, integrations, and data flows to support technical discussions and decisions with engineering teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Use data analytics and performance insights to make informed product decisions.
    • Apply A/B testing and experimentation to validate product enhancements and platform configurations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Translate complex business problems from cross-functional teams into scalable, efficient platform solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with operational, product, and fulfillment teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and prioritize initiatives.
    • Work with teams to design experimentation frameworks and establish feedback loops for continuous improvement.
    • Partner with product teams, salesforce, operational, and content teams to deliver platform enhancements aligned with KPIs and company objectives.
    • Ensure strong alignment across product domains by maintaining communication with other product managers and platform leads.
Profile Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in a platform or communication tech environment.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Familiarity and comfort working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English is a must, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in platform or systems integration, configuration, and/or product rollouts is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
