About the Role

Are you passionate about garments, textiles, and delivering exceptional service experiences? We are looking for a Uniform Services Assistant Manager to lead the operational readiness and lifecycle management of uniforms across our facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high grooming standards, and enhancing the colleague experience through efficient wardrobe services. You’ll oversee a team of service providers, manage inventory, and collaborate cross-functionally to uphold safety, quality, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of uniforms: inbound, inventory, distribution, tailoring, and disposal
  • Lead and guide service provider teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs and service standards
  • Oversee grooming and customer service behavior across uniform service areas
  • Ensure operational readiness and safety compliance across all work zones
  • Monitor inventory levels, initiate replenishment, and manage procurement workflows
  • Resolve laundry quality issues and ensure garment care procedures are followed
  • Maintain documentation including SOPs, checklists, and performance trackers
  • Address IT, facilities, and maintenance issues through proper workflows
  • Analyze trends and proactively suggest improvements in operations and service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within a customer service or operational environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for garments and textiles
  • Proficiency in modern workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP systems)
  • Ability to produce clear documentation and intellectual content related to operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Hands‑on experience in uniform services
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years in fashion retail, fashion merchandising, textile rental, or apparel operations
  • Certification or degree in Fashion Technology, Garment Design, or Textile Management
  • Familiarity with HSE standards, HACCP, and Building Management Systems
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and process improvement tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
  • Exposure to hospitality, entertainment, or theme park operations
  • A background in fashion retail or wholesale operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • A passion for service excellence and operational efficiency.
