About the Role

SHARETEA is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer‑focused Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily café operations at our SHARETEA branches.     Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
    • Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
    • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels
    • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
    • Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting
    • Coordinate staff schedules and allocate duties
    • Maintain visual andisbane operational standards aligned with SHARETEA brand guidelines
    • Support management in improving operational efficiency and sales performance
    • Ensure timely communication between staff and management

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Store Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in F&B or café operations
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
    • Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
    • Knowledge of inventory management and cash‑handling procedures
