About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, Uniform Room, you will supervise a team of uniform attendants and tailors to complete daily tasks including uniform distribution, manage inventory and stock levels, place orders and replenishment, assist and organize laundry in/out, quality assurance, and arrange uniform replacements for over 5,000 employees. The successful applicant will also train the team and maintain health and safety policies within the property. You will supervise and coordinate all team members, ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service in all areas and standard procedures and policies are followed. You will be required to work with suppliers and review KPI on a regular basis.

The Assistant Manager, Uniform Room, must demonstrate a clear passion in uniform and customer service and a willingness to take on challenges. If you have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or possess a minimum of four years experience in a leadership role related to uniform operations, extensive knowledge in uniform and conveyor system, as well as the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
