We are seeking an Assistant Manager in Transfer Pricing to join our dynamic tax team. The role involves supporting and managing transfer pricing engagements, providing advisory, and preparing documentation in line with UAE regulations and international guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support transfer pricing planning and advisory engagements for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of Transfer Pricing documentation and reports.
  • Perform benchmarking analyses and maintain comparability studies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather relevant financial and operational data.
  • Keep up-to-date with UAE transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines, ensuring compliance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical input and support.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management as required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Professional tax certification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, UAE experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE transfer pricing regulations and international guidelines (OECD).
  • Experience with financial modelling, benchmarking analysis, and documentation preparation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
