Job description

We are hiring for an experienced Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to support and strengthen our corporate L&D function, with a strong focus on learning systems, data accuracy, and management reporting across the Group.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on, data‑driven L&D professional who is confident working with LMS platforms, MI reporting, and senior stakeholders, and who can translate learning data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate, high‑quality L&D and HR MI reports for leadership and business stakeholders
  • Ensure integrity, validation, and audit‑ready learning and performance data
  • Analyse learning data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support administration, reporting, and optimisation of the Group LMS
  • Track learning effectiveness, completions, evaluations, and programme outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with HR and business teams to support corporate learning initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • 3–10 years of overall experience, with strong exposure to L&D, learning systems, or HR analytics
  • Proven hands‑on experience with LMS administration and learning data reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, dashboards); BI tools exposure is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to present data clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (HR) or relevant certifications preferred
  • Exposure to digital learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise/Storyline) is a plus
