An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Front Office to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily guest arrival preparations, including VIP room readiness, amenities, and special requests to ensure a seamless arrival experience.
  • Supervise Guest Services Executives and Guest Relations colleagues, providing coaching and support to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Personally greet VIP and suite guests upon arrival, offering warm and professional assistance tailored to their preferences.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are addressed to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Engage regularly with in‑house guests to gather feedback, promote services, and encourage completion of guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate guest events such as welcome cocktails, ensuring smooth communication with other departments for flawless execution.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, or any other relevant field.
  • Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate or Advanced).
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Additional language skills are desirable.
