A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Front Office. This role involves managing department operations and leading the team to meet Hyatt brand standards. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a similar role, exhibits strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and can remain calm under pressure. Preference will be given to candidates with language skills in Russian, Arabic, and German.
As an Assistant Manager Front Office, you are responsible for the efficient running of the department in accordance with Hyatt corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest, and owner expectations. You are expected to effectively manage the day‑to‑day operation and lead the team resourcefully to achieve departmental goals.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment. Must be highly organized, results‑oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast‑paced changing environment. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful and flexible.
Preferred Language skills- Russian, Arabic and German
