About the Job:

Assistant Manager to join Sales in Zabeel House the Greens by Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Execute the sales strategy as directed by the reporting manager to promote sales, identify business opportunities, and achieve annual sales objectives through assigned KPIs.
  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated and complementary sales efforts, avoiding redundancy.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business unit offerings, promotions, market and competitor trends, account share, and customer needs to deliver high-quality service and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver assigned KPI goals and targets (weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Managing Corporate accounts within the Sales & Marketing department and working with local and international companies for individual and group bookings.

Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Business or Tourism related degree from internationally recognised institution (desirable)

At least two years’ experience in a Sales executive role (essential) in a 5* luxury hotel (desirable).

A UAE Driver’s License & own vehicle are mandatory.

Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint.

Proficient in English or preferred local language (Read/Write/Speak).
