Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, labeling, and processing blood and other specimens
• Support laboratory testing procedures under supervision
• Prepare samples for biochemistry, hematology, microbiology, and pathology tests
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper sterilization
• Record and update patient test data in laboratory systems (LIS/EMR)
• Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
