About the Role:

We're looking for an Assistant Manager HR with solid experience in end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, employee relations, reports, drafting policies and procedures, audit compliance & documentation, performance management, training management, and building a positive workplace culture.

You will report directly to the Regional HR Manager of UAE & Oman.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partnering with business units to support workforce planning and growth
  • Leading recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution & grievances
  • Driving performance management, L&D, and succession planning
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Enhancing employee experience through engagement programs
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelors in HR or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5 to 7 years experience managing HR for 500+ employees
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, & problem-solving skills
  • Experience in multicultural or international companies is a plus
  • Background in manufacturing/industrial sectors is an advantage
