We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our luxury hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
  • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective utilization
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to housekeeping staff
  • Facilitate effective communication between guests, housekeeping team, and other hotel departments
  • Implement and maintain HACCP standards in housekeeping practices
  • Assist in developing and implementing innovative housekeeping procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and UAE labor laws
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionallyParticipate in budget planning and cost control measures for the housekeeping department
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury hotel housekeeping
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP standards and their application in housekeeping
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
