A luxury hotel brand in Dubai is seeking a Concierge Lead to oversee guest services and ensure exceptional interactions. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years in a luxury hotel role, strong knowledge of local VIP services, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the Concierge team and maintaining high service standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with guests and enhance their experiences.
Assist in overseeing the Concierge, Bell Desk, and Transportation services to ensure smooth and professional guest interactions.
Act as a key point of contact for guests, offering tailored recommendations and handling special requests (e.g., restaurant bookings, yacht charters, private tours, event tickets, etc.).
Ensure the team delivers exceptional service standards in alignment with voco and IHG brand values.
Coordinate with internal departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Reservations, Security) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with local partners, luxury service providers, and tourism contacts to offer VIP-level experiences.
Monitor guest feedback and act on issues swiftly to ensure complete satisfaction.
Support in training, mentoring, and scheduling concierge staff, ensuring professional grooming, product knowledge, and etiquette are upheld.
Step in as the Chief Concierge when needed, ensuring continuity in guest service.
Maintain a concierge database and ensure information (maps, menus, events, attractions) is up-to-date and available.
Assist in managing luggage delivery/storage, transportation requests, valet parking, and other guest-facing logistics.

Strong knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas, with access to VIP contacts and services.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially French, Arabic, or Russian) are a plus.
Polished appearance and professional demeanor, aligned with luxury brand standards.
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
Member of Les Clefs d'Or (preferred but not mandatory).
