Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage.
• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Service-focused personality and passion for all things food and beverage.
• Proactive approach with eye to details to ensure consistent service across the restaurant.
• Experience in all aspects of restaurant service.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Take care of resource planning, manage your team and support their development.
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained as per our policies.
• Ensure all staff understand the relevance and importance of their activities.
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality.
• Focus on guest feedback and always aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
