Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Admin Manager to support our growing real estate operations. The role involves managing HR processes, administrative tasks, and regulatory compliance. You will be the key point of contact for employees, agents, and management, ensuring smooth operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage MOUs, Contracts A & B (manual & online).
  • Prepare, process, and renew tenancy contracts; support agents and clients.
  • Coordinate property transfers at Dorchester Trustee Office.
  • Draft/manage Form I, External Agent, Referral, and Channel Partner Agreements.
  • Prepare NOCs, Undertaking Letters, Authorization Letters, and internal documents.
  • Handle Developer Agency Agreements, renewals, and Developer-issued NOCs.
  • Manage property listings: upload, update, follow-up, relist expired listings.
  • Maintain Sales Done Deals records for agents.
  • Manage Developer Agent Portals and agent onboarding/access support.
  • Handle company trade license, ORN, and regulatory renewals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Handle tenancy contracts, property listings, sales records, and agent/developer agreements.
  • Coordinate regulatory and DLD compliance, permits, and documentation.
  • Maintain company assets, trade license renewals, and office operations.
  • Support internal communications, training, and staff coordination.
