The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a personalized shopping experience offering expert fashion advice and assisting customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their individual style and needs. The Fashion Advisor plays a key role in driving sales maintaining brand image and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers providing exceptional service at all times.

• Offer expert styling advice based on customer preferences body type lifestyle and current fashion trends.

• Maintain indepth knowledge of the brands products seasonal collections and fashion trends.

• Assist customers in selecting and coordinating outfits and accessories to create complete looks.

• Build strong client relationships through followups styling appointments and personalized recommendations.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and crossselling.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards.

• Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management when required.

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in Fashion Retail Management or related field is a plus).

• Proven experience as a fashion advisor stylist or retail sales associate in the fashion industry.

• Strong interest in fashion and current trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Customerfocused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
