What\'s the Role?

As an Area Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding sales performance and profitable growth. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement—driving systematic account development, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth. You’ll partner closely with clients to understand their needs, create value-driven solutions, and collaborate with other management teams to maximize opportunities across the UAE market

What does the role involve?

The role aims to maximize the share of wallet of large projects, working together with engineering and sales force.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and coach your sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Drive systematic account development and implement initiatives to deliver sales and product objectives.
  • Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and create value-driven, win-win solutions.
  • Collaborate with other management teams to maximize business potential across territories.
  • Play an active role in managing and supporting key accounts

What you need is:
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales and team management, ideally within B2B or construction-related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales and customer-facing roles, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, contract negotiation, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams to achieve regional and organizational objectives.
  • A target-driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective growth strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, with the capability to analyze market trends and drive regional business expansion.
