A leading digital engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler specialized in architectural elements. The role involves developing 3D BIM models using Revit, coordinating with various disciplines, and ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience focused on architectural elements.
• Previous experience in construction companies is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for architectural elements using Revit and other related BIM tools.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural MEP and other disciplines.
• Maintain organized model structures and documentation in accordance with company BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve issues related to model integration.
