Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and assist clients both Arabic and Englishspeaking as they enter the clinic
  • Manage incoming phone calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar
  • Provide accurate information about aesthetic services and procedures offered
  • Assist clients with the checkin process including completing necessary forms and updating records
  • Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean organized and comfortable
  • Handle billing inquiries process payments and assist with insurance verifications as required
  • Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and understanding
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or relevant setting
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
