A prominent construction materials company in Dubai seeks an accounting professional specializing in Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets. This role involves overseeing customer accounts, maintaining high accuracy in invoicing, and supporting month-end closing activities. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely invoicing and collection of outstanding payments.
• Review, post, and maintain invoices, receipts, and journal entries with high accuracy.
• Perform regular reconciliation of AR ledgers to ensure completeness and correctness.
• Prepare AR aging reports and actively follow up on overdue balances.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to support smooth collections and strong working relationships.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Record asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation accurately and on time.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets.
• Prepare and analyze financial and management reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
