Reporting to the Application Designer Team Leader - EMEA/APAC, the Application Designer EMEA is responsible for supporting the Territory Sales teams of EMEA in planning and implementing processes that aggressively drive revenue growth, while contributing to overall arena market and product strategies. This is a remote position , ideally based in France, UK, Spain, Italy or Dubai with up to 25% of travel required.

In this role, the key responsibilities are:

• Act as the main contact for RSMs during the Order Acquisition process, supporting UV system sizing, proposals, and bid pricing.
• Collaborate with the PM team on bid specifications, drawings, and costing.
• Serve as liaison between RSMs and internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues promptly.
• Attend customer meetings, deliver technical presentations, and train EPCs, contractors, channel partners, and new team members.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and deliveries for EMEA and address barriers to sales growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and market penetration.

The requirements of the job include:

• Education: Post-secondary degree in Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field. Knowledge of water treatment processes and/or UV technology is highly desirable.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales planning and execution, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in technical sales within water treatment or UV systems is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and provide technical support to customers.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region throughout the fiscal year (25% of the time)
• Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or any Asian language are considered a plus.

À propos du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Équipe Application Designer – EMEA/APAC, l’Application Designer EMEA est chargé de soutenir les équipes commerciales territoriales EMEA dans la planification et la mise en œuvre de processus visant à stimuler la croissance des revenus, tout en contribuant aux stratégies globales de marché et de produits.

Poste en télétravail, idéalement basé en France, Royaume-Uni, Espagne, Italie ou Dubaï , avec jusqu’à 25 % de déplacements requis.

Responsabilités principales :

• Agir comme interlocuteur principal des RSM pendant le processus d’acquisition de commandes, en soutenant le dimensionnement des systèmes UV, les propositions et la tarification des offres.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe PM sur les spécifications des offres, les dessins et les coûts.
• Servir de liaison entre les RSM et les équipes internes pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques et administratifs.
• Participer aux réunions clients, réaliser des présentations techniques et former les EPC, les sous-traitants, les partenaires et les nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
• Maintenir des dossiers précis des devis, offres et livraisons pour la région EMEA et lever les obstacles à la croissance des ventes.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et outils commerciaux pour accroître l’efficacité et la pénétration du marché.

Exigences du poste :

• Formation : Diplôme universitaire en génie chimique, sciences ou domaine similaire. Connaissance des procédés de traitement de l’eau et/ou de la technologie UV fortement souhaitée.
• Expérience : Expérience avérée en planification et exécution des ventes, avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs. Une expérience préalable en vente technique dans le domaine du traitement de l’eau ou des systèmes UV est un atout majeur.
• Compétences techniques : Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques de vente et à fournir un support technique aux clients.
• Mobilité : Disponibilité pour voyager fréquemment dans la région EMEA (environ 25 % du temps).
• Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) obligatoire. La connaissance du français, espagnol, italien, arabe ou d’une langue asiatique est un plus.
