ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards
  • Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future reference
  • Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements
  • Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications. Experience in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus.
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's in manufacturing.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systems
  • Good knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile)
  • Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaigns
  • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions
  • Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration
  • You speak English with excellent communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
