Overview

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Analyst – Revenue Management to join the resort’s hotel revenue management team.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze Booking Trends by Channel: Monitor and interpret booking data across all distribution channels, focusing on pace, booking window, length of stay, regrets and denials, and price elasticity to identify demand patterns and optimize revenue strategies.
  • Track Competitor Rates and Availability: Conduct regular competitive set analysis to benchmark pricing and availability, using market intelligence tools to inform rate positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Report on Key Metrics for Leadership: Compile and present performance reports and dashboards that highlight key revenue indicators for Revenue Management and senior executives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Update Rates and Availability in Demand Gateways: Maintain accurate rate and inventory data across all booking platforms; ensure precision in data entry and perform regular audits to validate both personal and team inputs.
  • Support Marketing and Operational Strategy: Provide analytical insights and recommendations to marketing, sales, and operations teams on pricing, scheduling, advertising, and distribution to align with revenue goals.
About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Revenue management experience is required.
  • A strong background in either hotel operations or financial analytics is preferred
  • Experience with Opera Cloud property management system is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
  • Must have experience working with competitive intelligence and market analytics platforms (e.g.CoStar/STR, Fornova, Lighthouse)
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferrable in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics or Finance disciplines.
