Job Description: A progressive training center in the UAE is seeking an AI Teacher (ArabicEnglish bilingual) to deliver engaging age‑appropriate training in Artificial Intelligence for youth and adult learners. The role combines practical AI application with interactive teaching methodologies to make complex technology accessible to beginners.

The ideal candidate will have hand‑on AI project experience strong communication skills and the ability to deliver training using tools like Scratch 3.0 Computer Vision and Emotion Recognition software.

Key Responsibilities

AI Education & Classroom Delivery

• Conduct bilingual (ArabicEnglish) AI lessons across age groups using interactive tools.

• Teach foundational AI concepts including Machine Learning Computer Vision and Emotion Recognition.

• Utilize platforms like Scratch 3.0 to introduce students to AI through gamified coding.

• Tailor instruction to different learning styles and technical abilities.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Contribute to the design and localization of AI teaching materials.

• Adapt lesson plans to align with UAE education standards and global AI trends.

• Incorporate Generative AI for Educators and STEAM methodologies into curriculum.

Student Engagement & Assessment

• Foster a positive inclusive and tech‑forward learning environment.

• Assess student performance, provide feedback and adjust instruction based on learning outcomes.

• Support learners in project‑based assignments and practical AI applications.

Technology & Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest tools and developments in AI in education.

• Use technology for virtual learning classroom interaction and performance tracking.

• Promote safe and ethical AI practices among learners.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering Education or related field.

• AI/ML certifications or teaching credentials are an advantage.

Experience

• Proven track record working on AI projects or automation solutions.

• At least 12 years of experience teaching or training especially with children or young adults.

• Familiarity with Scratch 3.0 block‑based coding and visual learning platforms.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in Arabic and English required.

• Knowledge of AI concepts, Computer Vision and Emotion Recognition tools.

• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

• Ability to simplify technical content for nontechnical learners.

• Creative, adaptive and tech‑savvy with a passion for AI education.

Preferred (Non‑Mandatory)

• Experience with Pantheon CTT or Java.

• Background in curriculum development or STEAM education.

• Familiarity with educational AI tools like ChatGPT, Bard or Claude for teaching.
