The Agency Development Team (ADT) is focused on driving and growing overall spends from the agencies’ portfolio of clients by devising and implementing strategies and plans that incentivize agencies to spend with Yahoo! The ADT ensures that Yahoo! remains top-of-mind by educating agency media planners on Yahoo! products and solutions, streamlining operations with the Yahoo! team, and maintaining high service quality. The ADT also collects and channels data, insights, and market metrics related to advertising dynamics.
This role involves four key disciplines within the agency development team: trading deals, agency business analysis, sales operations, and sales business reporting. As an analyst and project manager, the Sales Business Manager provides leadership with insights into sales performance and helps streamline business operations.
