Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Aesthetic Dermatologist with refined aesthetic judgment and a strong track record in premium clinical environments. The successful candidate will deliver advanced non-surgical aesthetic dermatology services while adhering to the highest standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and ethical practice expected in top-tier UAE institutions.

This role suits dermatologists experienced in luxury healthcare settings, structured hospital systems, and high-expectation patients.

Key Responsibilities

Aesthetic & Clinical Practice

• Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic dermatology procedures, including:
  • Botulinum toxin injections
  • Dermal fillers (facial contouring, lips, tear trough, jawline)
  • Skin rejuvenation and anti-aging protocols
  • PRP and regenerative treatments
  • Laser and energy-based procedures (where credentialed)
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver natural, evidence-based aesthetic outcomes aligned with international best practices.
• Maintain high standards of clinical efficiency without compromising quality of care.

Patient Experience & Clinical Governance

• Ensure exemplary patient communication, informed consent, and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation per UAE regulations.
• Strictly follow infection control, safety, and ethical medical practice guidelines.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and multidisciplinary collaboration as required.

Team & Institutional Collaboration

• Work closely with aesthetic nurses, laser technicians, and allied health professionals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Training

• Medical Degree with formal specialization in Dermatology.
• Recognized training and certification in aesthetic dermatology procedures.

Licensing

• Valid UAE medical license as a Dermatology Consultant or Specialist (mandatory):
  • MOHAP license preferred for Sharjah practice
  • DHA or DOH licenses with eligibility for transfer may be considered

Experience

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience in aesthetic dermatology within premium clinics or Tier‑1 hospitals.
• Strong expertise in injectables and non-surgical facial aesthetics.
• UAE or wider GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage discerning, high‑expectation clientele.
